Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are shipped Priority Mail via USPS (United States Postal Service). Please allow 5-7 business days (minimum) for us to process your order for shipping. Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided. We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages or any other handling errors that may occur.

Return & Exchange Policy

Candle Love By Tiara does not accept returns/exchanges at this time. If you received your item(s) and it arrived damaged, please email us a photo (within 2 business days) of the damaged item(s) and a replacement will be sent. Please be sure to include your order number and contact information.

Customer satisfaction is a priority for us! If you are not happy with your purchase or you're having issues with burning your candles, please email tiara_beal@candlelovebytiara.com with your concerns and we'll be more than happy to assist you!
